What a disappointment

So i receiver a call from MFC Insurance ( innovation group), I was told about the MFC Dent & Scratch warranty, well sounded great and the premium options was as follows R50 and a R71p/m, I opted to take the R71p/m.

When receiving my documentation, I saw monthly premium R4600.00 incl. VAT. Th e vehicle details read TBA, the registration number is the vehicles actual description. The odometer say 3000km. I mean really is this the type of paper work you guys do, and R4600.00p/m.

When I phone , I get transferred from the customer service, to claims, from claims to sales from sales to customer services. I stopped them at number 4 who wanted to transfer me to sales again. Gave my number requested a manager to phone me with no joy.

I have just been on the phone with Wesbank, I will be refinancing my vehicle with them, from next month, they are also going to give me a better interest rate, so please cancel this policy that you signed up today, by today, I will be moving everything from Nedbank over to other banks. I am shocked if this is the quality of Admin you give. Though I found a one stop banks well guess not. Cheers.
