Wesbank is the way to go AVOID MFC AT ALL COSTS

Do not think that MFC are interested in helping you. They really are not. I have been trying for nearly two months to get Annalise Hasse and her team leader Corne Boshoff to contact me regarding the "assisted sales" (can MFC spell "irony"). They want your money, oh yes, believe me, they will hunt you to the ends of the earth for your cash, but when you present them with a solution to get more cash (i.e. take away the interest payment every month), suddenly you do not exist. I have been told (because I called and shouted a lot) that Annalise and Corne have rejected my enquiry because it was "out of date" - OF COURSE IT WAS OUT OF DATE - THEY TOOK TWO MONTHS TO READ THE EMAIL! They did not even bother to tell me they had rejected it, they just said no on their records and wandered off into their little haven to do whatever it is they do when they can't be bothered with customers. Believe me, MFC could care less. Go to Wesbank, I have never been ill treated by them. They have always been on the ball, efficient and endlessly polite.
