Weak Support

A simply request that i am struggling with for a month. I requested debit order date change from the 1st of the month to the 25th. This is something i have been switching between based on financial situation. MFC has changed this for me before with no issues.

Now i am being ask to produce documents, which i have. They then ask for ID number in order to assist. I provide my ID number and then the process starts again where they ask me for Documents and ID number and Documents and ID and Documents and ID number and so on and so forth.

Tell me if i cannot be assisted with this simple request so I can settle my account and have nothing to do with MFC.
