We all in this together - COVID-19

I would like to applaud MFC on how they handled this Covid-19 pandemic, they reached out to their clients asked if their household income was affected and offered a 3 month break as a solution. clients that responded with Yes, would automatically been updated, and a new structure of payment terms sent.

hassle free to us as clients. i wish other banks can learn something from MFC, we all in this together.. other banks wants loads of documents to prove your situation same that everyone else faces. ( which is hard to get when under restrictions)
