Watch our for ***** when they offer to you to skip payments

We accepted the offer to skip one month payment in December 2023, They sent us a new amended contract where our term is extended by TWO months and they did not even pay the full installment for the one month skipped. This is *****. I have been querying it ever since and they still have not fixed it or responded to my original email to query it. The care@mymfc just keep sending me emails with reference number and saying it has been referred to the right department. Shocking.
