Warranty ******

Nedbank MFC added a warranty on a brand new car that has warranty without my knowledge, I sent multiple emails and even called in to speak to their consultants who always promise to cancel this warranty that's an additional R20 000 that was not signed for. They deliberately ignore to cancel this warranty and looking to add more products to an existing contract without client knowledge.
