Warning: *****ulent partnership between Hyundai Benoni and MFC

MFC conspired with Hyundai Benoni to *****ulently approve me for a car loan that was outside my affordability. The finance was pre approved without me providing any income and expense info and did not adhere to the NCA to ensure that I was not overly indebted. When I realised this and tried to cancel within 24 hours MFC had already paid Hyundai and they totally ignored my concern. Hyundai went ahead and registered the car in my name even though there was a dispute on the matter. MFC had ignored all calls from my side to investigate the matter and their employee who conspired with Hyundai and continues to try and force this agreement on me and impacting me negatively.
