Want money for nothing

"MFC VALUE ADDED SERVICES" MFC value added services dont care about anything but money bought my Ford ranger about 4 months ago shortley after a sales person phoned me about a service plan for the bakkie. it seemed like a good thing to have ...but no shortly after i have noticed that all the Facebook posts and online forum posts complaining about ford dealerships not doing the services properly or getting the vehicles back with more faults. i decided to cancel this service plan as i dont see the need to pay R388 for a service plan that will be useless because i will not take the Bakkie to ford September i phoned to cancel 5 of September thay phoned back to ask why i wanted to cancel the plan,i then explained why. thay then said that he will send it in for processing end of September the money was deducted from my account again. phoned them again to ask what is going on, i then got told the cancelation is still not processed i have to wait again. 13 August i contacted them again got told o yes the cancelation was processed but now i have to pay R200p/m because i didn't cancel in the cooldown period "via Pat Singh"

so i have to pay for something i never used want money for nothing
