Waiting on Rose to call back for shortfall arrangements, 7 days later no call!!!
All I need is my options to settle the shortfall after my insurance paid out for a written off car. but hey, being told Rose from legal will call me within 24 to 48 hours. Insurance paid out on 13th of December and have been trying to contact MFC to know exactly what my shortfall is and my options to settle it. Until today, 7 days later, no contact from MFC!!!
