Waiting Game

i have requested for an agent to contact me back via numerous emails starting on the 20th of May followed by numerous follow up calls regarding a power up service plan. to date no one has called me back and my emails simply just get rep**** to with an automated email response advising ill be contacted within 2 - 3 working days! every time i call i get promised someone will call me. The day of anyone contacting me is still yet to come. first time financing through MFC and will certainly be my last time as well.
