Waiting for vehicle documents
My vehicle was written off on 11 December 2014. The Bank, MFC was paid the outstanding amount on the car two weeks ago. Until date the registration certificate is outstanding with the result that the assurance do not want to pay me out. By phoning them I held the line for more than 20 minutes without anybody answer the phone.
