Waiting for Motor Vehicle Registration Docs for a month!

<p>Good day,<br /> We purchased a Mercedes Benz A170 from Brights Motors in Bellville on 27 August 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Reg no:CF182596)</p> <p>According to the owner of the car dealership(Arthur Bright) the car was paid up with MFC by the previous owner (Gustav)and he is apparently still waiting a month later for MFC to send the original registration certificate?</p> <p>I cannot register the car on my name and its a month later.</p> <p>Can MFC please contact me urgently.</p> <p> ********** 111</p>
