Violation of POPI Act and trespassing onto property

I am appalled and express my profound disappointment with MFC (A DIVISION Nedbank) regarding a serious violation of the POPI Act and a breach of privacy. It has come to my attention that sensitive information was disclosed without verifying the identity of individuals involved, and this was done without myself in presence or my consent.

I have previously submitted a formal complaint and a statement outlining these concerns, yet I have not received any proper response. I had assumed that violations of such nature would be treated with the seriousness they warrant; however, it seems this is not the case.
