Very Unhappy Customer

I'm so disappointed with Nedbank MFC I have a car finance with them close to 2 years now in December and January they posted 3 debit orders in my account without my authorization causing me unnecessary charges yesterday I spoke to Nompumelelo Sithole from their offices who didn't know how to resolve the matter today another lady called me and she was very rude and disrespecting shouting at me as if I'm not a customer at MFC and dropped the call in my ear speaking as if they have a right to debit my account whenever they feel like I'm so unhappy and angry because now I have to pay alot in bank charges and it's difficult times as it is.
