Very rude staff member

Client service consultant very poor service, no one reports when you request assistance. I spoke to Mpho Masilo very arrogant and ****y she thinks highly of her self and lacks good customer care. She needs to go back to learn about client service. She is not professional and doesn't know her code of conduct.
