Very rude agent in the Legal department

I would like to complain about very poor customer service I received from MFC today. I spoke to a lady by the name of Gugulethu Mokgopa who is handling my account in the Legal department. This lady was so rude to an extent I could feel her coldness through her voice. I told her since my account is arrears I would like to make a payment arrangement and her response was "No we won't do that"?. This lady was rude to the core, I then tried to contact the legal department and there was no answer at all. I have been with MFC since 2015 and I have never received such customer service. This lady talks as if she doesn't know that people do go through some financial problems every now and then. I am really disappointed in MFC especially this Gugulethu lady.

Please MFC address this issues because some of us have been loyal customers to MFC and i was planning to continue with them but after this treatment from Gugulethu Makgoba, I have my doubts.
