Very poor to no service

So my issue with mfc from 4 july till today 10 july i sent in my bank statement for my refund that the told me on the 4 th it would be payed back within 72 hours phone call after phone call still no refund i have phoned twice a day ever since is this the service you give to public it is a disgrace really my reference number ***
