Very poor communication.

We paid of our vehicle in full on the 17th of September and its now the 22nd of October and we still have not received our vehicles papers from them after they promised we will have it within a week or two, we can't sell the vehicle without the papers so they are now really causing us a serious inconvenience, everything is good while your paying them now that the vehicle is paid of it seems we are no longer important, yet they still have our vehicles papers.
