Very poor client service

Absolutely no intention of helping their clients sort out anything as they promise. I've been trying to get my car claim sorted out for 2 months but they dont have any haste in helping. I also had to get feedback from something that had to be settled 3 days ago and nobody is even answering the phone on their customer care line or direct lines they supp**** me. Totaly *************.
