So times are tough, I made arrangements with MFC as I am 1 month behind on my monthly installment. My account is in arrears with one month I have explained to the MFC collection person that I will make a payment. My normal installment is R 2687.04. Last payment was done in February of R 3500.00. to try to make up the payment which i advised them i will do. On Monday the 1st of February the lady i spoke to was very rude so i put the phone down on her as i do not want to speak to someone who does not have people skills. On 05/02/2021 i get a visit from a debt collector which i think is this lady being spiteful and also needing me to pay 10% extra on the collection. Really MFC is this the way you do business. I am kindly also requesting for all the telephone communication recordings from the 1st of January 2021 including the call for Monday 1st of February. I would also like to ask for the ladies name and surname with who i spoke to on Monday 1st of February 2021. As I would like to report this to the motor vehicle ombudsman. The way the lady made me feel was as if I was a ********. I do not want anything from you if this lady calls me again I refuse to talk to her, I would rather speak to a person with people skills.
