How utterly pathetic can a large corporation get? Answer: VERY! After agreeing to pay a set amount by a set date - and doing this conscientiously since - I receive a text message: Quote: "You failed to response. NDCRS will be proceeding with LEGAL on your Credit Card Account. The Sheriff Offices will contact you at work or home Call ************xx Ref VMFB***xx". Besides the pathetic grammar of this text, why would vehicle finance be aggressive about a credit card????????? Your views? or will this be left in the hands of another minion, unable to clarify just what this is about. My wife phoned to advise that the amount had been paid on the 31 December 2019. Unfortunately the staff member would not listen and kept spouting "confidentiality" and that was too much for my wife. Now this report might receive attention - we will wait and see............................
