Vehicle Ownership Documents Request

I'm soo disappointed i have received from MFC/Nedbank in requesting vehicle ownership documents on 28/08/2026 and me having to call in to follow up on 04/09/2026 only to find my email had not been looked at/attended to, not my request actioned. They just told me to pickup to documents at my nearest branch in the next 7 days. This is soo pathetic.
