Vehicle finance enquiry still not resolved after countless contact with mfc

I took up vehicle finance with MFC and I asked them to remove additional from my finance deal before the cooling off period however the matter has still not been resolved and I am tired of calling them constantly and sending emails because they do not assist if I could I would give them one star not happy with their service at all
