VEHICLE FINANCE ACCOUNT ,

MFC has debited my account x2 on the 1st of March 2023- I still receive everyday messages that my account is in arrears , On my credit score it shows unpaid! How is this possible!!! I have made contact with MFC and until today I have not received any feedback at all on why it shows unpaid , I have emailed the complaints department but no help at all !!!
