Vehicle debit order deducted 3 days before scheduled date!

I opened up my banking app to see that my vehicle installment was deducted this morning. I checked my finance agreement and it stated the 25th of each month, aka salary day. I called MFC and was advised that I was sent an sms to advise my debit order would be deducted on the 22nd, said sms was sent on the 14th of August. I advised that I nether saw the sms, nor, obviously acknowledged said sms. When I requested a refund as my debit order date was for the 25th of each month, I was advised to send an email, with proof that the debit order indeed got deducted. I requested that the refund be done immediately as the funds was for something else, which I now would not be able to purchase. I was advised that the refund takes up to 7 working days! This I said was unacceptable and I want money back immediately. I said I would follow up by 12pm in no response and when I called in, the consultant advised they would escalate it.

Utter disdain for other people's money and time!
