vehicle dealer stocked

I have been trying to get my car license disc renewed for so long now. Called in da call centre spoke to yolanda then her manager violet was told that they will send me the registration document so i could renew my license. Now i have to do roadworthy on the car before getting the license done. A company is doing it for me but can't cos at the licensing department my car has been lock by an MIB agent and is exempt from licensing. Im driving around with an expired licence due to the lack of some not doing their job at MFC. Then there's another issue where they haven't loaded or updated their system with new banking details. I have sending emails asking for feedback but no one bothers to call or email back. Im going to be charged penalties which i will forward to MFC to settle me as i can't and wont stand for this nonsense. I want a response ASAP
