UTTERLY RIDICULOUS BAD SERVICE
Super ridiculous, so my cousin contact them to reduce her monthly payment because she also lost her job during Covid. What does this company do because she missed a payment in December 2020 they are forcing her to pay up before they are will to reduce her monthly payment.
If a person comes to you still willing to pay SERIOUSLY you come with all this nonsense
