Utterly disappointed

I've bought 2 motor vehicles through MFC in the past, the last was in 2011. It was a private deal and I went to an MFC branch. I filled in and signed a couple forms and the deal was done, there and then. Now in 2016 and another private deal, I had to fill in numerous different forms and it took a month to complete the deal. In this time, I had to deal with 5 or 6 different people requesting the same info I've sent to the first person. Surely dealing with MFC should have improved. I'm paying this vehicle off ASAP and wont recommend anyone to use their services.
