Useless.. no service and theft of customer's property

My car car was involved in a car accident on the 7th of August. I called in fot the car to be towed and assessed. Send all the required documents at innovation car insurance. My car was taken to SMD for assessment. While the car was there. The battery was ****** an it happened on a Sunday. 14h55. I send an email to the guy by the name Given Nchaupa who didn't bother to assist me with the battery issue. I also emailed the lady by the name sweetness at SMD whom she made a release letter for me to get my car.

After some few days a guy by the name Davi called me to tell me that he was gonna came with an OLD battery which I refused because my battery was still new and came with the car that was with mileage of less than 60 000 at tha time of the accident.
