USELESS CALL CENTRE

So on MFC's website they state that they will look at financing of older classic cars. You cannot apply on line as the application will not allow anything older than 2016. You then call the call centre that advises you that you cannot apply for such a loan as the system does not allow anything older than 10 years

I then send a mail to ask for clarity explaining this situation. A reply comes back informing me to apply on line or to call the call centre.

I have now lost the car due to this complete and utter incompetence
