Useless

Mfc obviously doesn't need new business seeing that I app**** for private finance on a motorcycle over a week ago. Everything on my side was submitted and approved however finding out from Chris Vereulen what documents were needed forever and aftee phoning him several times asking what documents he needed from the seller he said he would phone the seller and explain what was needed he faild to do so and blamed the phone lines for it even though I could get hold of him on the same line. Eventually the required documents were sent to the seller and completed. However after these documents were completed and the seller tried to contact Chris he couldn't get hold of him and leaving several messages Chris did not phone or email the seller or myself back. I personally sent Chris a couple of emails asking if there is anything that he still needs etc but no response. I tried phoning him multiple times but his never available nor does he return phone calls. I've financed a few motor vehicles throthr MFC and tried to be loyal but never have i received such poor service.
