Urgent assistance required

I recently sold my car and has been trying to get though to MFC to tell them to stop the debit order. I have send through the proof of payment from Kia East Rand. To get an answer on the phone seems like an impossible task. I urgently need MFC to stop the debit order as this car has been sold.
