URGENT: 5th email request for assistance - FW: ***-Assistance required to sell vehicle

I am still not getting any response after making more calls yesterday afternoon and this morning. I have also tried to reach Thobeka ***), Annelize ***) and Corne ***), and have left several messages.

I phoned Customer Care and again was send from pillar to post. I was told the “file” is being transferred but there is no one I can speak with.

PLEASE can you help me to resolve this matter, it is a matter of URGENCY.
