Uplift WHY?

I am SO upset with MFC, Ive just received an email from Anemarie from "Bankcol" to tell me that her Agent is on his way to me to uplift my vehicle as R10000 is outstanding? End April 2019, I paid an amount of R10500 for April and May's installment End May, I paid the installment for June. End June I paid R1000 for July? I could not pay the July payment in full as I have lost my job and have NO income. Surely, life happens. I asked what we can do, and was advised nothing? I only start work again on the 1st of August 2019 and I now get threats to UPLIFT my vehicle today? No guys? Why not rather try help a person out? I paid R1000 fo July, I did not pay nothing??? The arrears amount is R4000, not R10'000.

I sent the proof of payments to Anemarie and still no reply.
