unwilling to make fair arrangements

I moved my accounts from Wesbank to Nedbank as I was presented a good looking figure deal only to realise a month down the line when Nedbank started with threatening/rude calls that the bank consulted misrepresented the deal and placed an upfront deposit requirement and the other car he linked the interest rate <br> I managed to get the deposit contract rectified. However I was stuck with a bad deal. I struggled over the years to make payments now that I'm left with 3 months and about R2000 in arrears of less than 8 days (settlement of about R12000) the car is an ideal repo for the Bank and their agencies. Over the past few days I have been getting rude calls/voicemail from the bank with no indication of making arrangement but to repo the car and this is not fair considering that when I settled the other car in 2014 I requested to pay a lump sum into this account and freeze one month in 2015 and then spread the installment of the freeze'd month over the remaining contract period and this was rejected (20/10/14). This request was due to irregular income and anticipated potential financial crisis. All I'm asking is to cool down on the threats and allow me to pay up in 3 months
