Unwilling to give agreement in writing
So I have been harassed by the 'call center' regarding my MFC account. I have a standing arrangement as of 2012 and have in fact been paying more than the said agreement / arrangement. I even have an email from them confirming the acceptance of the arrangement. Now I am being called and told that my account is an arrears when I have been paying more than agreed in the first place. <br> They are willing to 're-spread' the so-called arrears but the caller stated that he cannot give me confirmation in writing !!! <br> Further both he and the person who phoned previously was very rude and did not want to give me an opportunity to speak and kept talking over me every time I would start to talk. <br> IT IS MY LEGAL RIGHT TO REQUEST WRITTEN CONFIRMATION - That's besides the fact that my previous arrangement is both legal and binding seeing as I do have that confirmation in writing (2012). <br> I never said that I am not willing to sort out what ever the problem is, but I do want written confirmation and to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to talk and not be bul**** into believing that a telephone recording is the only confirmation available.
