Unsatisfied with the service from MFC

I took out vehicle finance from MFC in 2017, a couple of months later I requested to see my documents and noticed I was being charged for additional services that I had not requested, like tyre and key plans as well as a service plan. I requested from all of them to be cancelled however the service plan still shows and I'm being charged for it, I have sent a couple of emails requesting a call so they explain why I'm still paying for it when I had another service plan from VW. I received no feedback, and no call to explain.
