Unsatisfied customer
I had sent several emails with nor respond and even resolve in copying their CEO and to-date I still haven't hear from them. as for your consultants they need a lot of training as their seem to be clueless when comes to addressing questions that we had as a client. I have sent an email to all these people: 'MFC' <***>; 'Collections.RES' <***>; '***'; 'Mace, S. (Sharon)' <***>; ***;'***' and Mike their CEO.
The only response that I always get is the acknowledgement of the email without and feedback
