Unsatisfactory Service from MFC

The call center agents always put clients on hold or keep transferring us when they cannot answer questions.

I have been waiting for a refund and i am being made to hold the line for long and agents that pick up keep asking the same questions but no solution. When we owe MFC, we are called every minute and forced to make arrangements but when a client requires accountability from MFC no one can answer.

Its been 6 days and i have been calling for the same thing and there is no tangible feedback
