Unsatisfactory Service

In June 2025, I contacted MFC telephonically to request my NATIS documents. because my account was settled such a long time ago, she said MFC would have to go into archives to retrieve the documents.

The agent I spoke to, emailed the relevant department to put the request in. I requested that the documents be sent to Nedbank in Clearwater Mall Roodepoort. She advised that it would take 48 - 72 hours for them to arrive. a year later and I am still waiting.

Subsequently, they contacted me to advise that according to NATIS, the vehicle ownership had been changed.

I planned a trip to East London as I now live in Johannesburg, as I am still wanting to sell the car. I however need the Certificate of Registration. I went to the traffic department, only to be told that the vehicle is STILL under Nedbank Ltd name.

One can only imagine how livid I was as I spent R1500 to travel to East London to get this sorted out.

I have attached several documents so you can sort this out once and for good. I am now sick and tired of trying to sort this out.

Attached is a printout from the traffic department showing that Nedbank Ltd is the title holder as well as a copy of my ID as well as a copy of the vehicle license renewal document.

Please could you request my NATIS documents and send confirmation of the request to me with a reference number.

This is very urgent as I am wanting to sell the vehicle and until I have the documents, I cannot do this.
