Unsatisfactory service at MFC (Nedbank)

I am struggling to get my duplicate motor papers but they dont get my emails of my proof of payment. Every day I am phoning and still they not getting it. i tried several e-mail boxes that they gave me. Then they say it will take 24 hrs to reflect on their side. Then after 24 hrs I phone.. then they say up to 48 hrs... then they say up to 48 working hrs.... Yoh how long then till you get to see my e-mail with my proof of payment.... this is ridiculous.
