Unrealistic expectation

I am under debt review with debt busters and my MFC account was handed to them. During lockdown a 17.3 form was apparently issued to all my credit providers MFC included. 4 weeks ago i received a ****ing call stating that my account is in arrears and an outstanding fee of R5890 should be paid to avoid repossession of the car. I asked the consultant Zwelithini Khambule to sort it out with debt busters before calling me. He told me the debt review with debt busters was terminated and that I am responsible for my account now, to which I asked him was the debt holiday in-forced he said "yes, for 2 months". Only after constant hounding and threats of car repossession I said I will try to make means to gather the money for arrears, he answered debt busters calls and emails, which was something he should have done before talking to me. I am overindebted hence I went and consolidated, and I have never missed a payment before only during the lockdown and a payment holiday was app**** for. He rep**** to debt busters that he communicated with me about a 2 months holiday to which no such correspondence exists. If it was it should have been with Debt buster and not with me. Now I am getting texts that an external debt collector will be in-charge of collections. When debt busters is making payments towards my account to them. I need their honesty so that I can confront Debt busters with solid proof that such correspondence exist between me and them or debt busters and them.
