Unproffesional Service
Spoke to a consultant from MFC collections department around 5:44 PM tried to understand on how I should settle the arrears, The consultant was rude to me when I talk he didn't let finish talking he kept on interrupting me. Asked to speak to his Manager she said her name was Ermelia when I was about to explain to her how her consultant spoke with me she just hang up and never got back to me. Can someone please call me to arrange on how to pay my arrears
