Unprofessional, Pathetic, Lazy, No customer service level

After numerous attempts to get hold of Dumisani Nyembe ( consultant handling my account ) no response from him and no assistance from their team. I have been paying my account religiously and someone has not updated their records, now credit bureau lists me as non payer on MFC account, this is ruining my credit score and i cannot get credit from any bank. I regret the day i took motor vehicle finance with this company.
