UNPROFESSIONAL MFC

I wish to categorically state that I am highly disgusted with MFC Finance Corporation.

My debit order is signed for the 26th of the month and MFC ran the debit on the 24th of February 2020, despite them sending out an sms earlier in the month on the 17th February 2020 stating that the debits would be collected between 24 Feb and 26 Feb, and only if the full amount was available in the account.

The debit was run on the 24th Feb without my written authorisation, nor was the full amount available for debit, resulting in me incurring penalty fees from my bank, as my salary is only paid on the 25th of a month!!! If the debit order was done on the 26 as per my legal binding contract then there was no problem because there is money in the account for the debit order to go through.

A signed contract and debit order is a legal binding document, and as such I would expect a company of MFC's stature to honor the law!!!

MFC you are not above the law, and cannot just deduct debits when you feel like it in these economic times. You are adding to the already bad economy and ailing credit scores which most people have. The call centre agent are very unprofessional and I will never finance another car through MFC ever again.
