I have been with MFC for almost 5 years and account is always paid on time. I called MFC and if I can payment extra amount for my car and have my payment term reduced.. the guy i spoke to didn't have time he told me to send an email for my request. Again about a month ago I asked if MFC can review my interest rate which they did but it is still high.... It is clear that don't care about losing customers... Others are offering better interest rate reviews and good customers... Definitely i will not recommend MFC to anyone . MFC DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
