Unprofessional bullies

I'm really disappointed with your service and unprofessional people that you hire. I've never ignored any of your calls or emails and I've always cooperated with you. Even though I'm in arrears I'm still your client and I do deserve some respect. Last month I spoke to *****gwa regarding my account after she made contact with me and I did advise that the reason I haven't been making any payments is because I was unemployed, and that I recently got a job and I started begining of this month. So I asked her to make an arrangement for me so I can pay R6000 monthly till I'm out of arrears. She said it can be done as long as I can send her proof of employment. I sent her proof of employment, but I never received any acknowledgement from her, and after that I sent 3 more emails because I wasn't able to reach her each time I called. Then today I got a missed call from an unknown number, followed by a whats app. The guy said he is Marius and that R23k was needed by tomorrow otherwise they will collect the vehicle. I asked where the R23k was from he then corrected himself and said R13k is needed by Saturday and that those were instructions from the national manager. I asked for it in writing cause I never received any emails regarding this matter, instead he sent me a screenshot from his PC. I later got back to him after I spoke to *****gwa who said she will review my request and that it will take 48 hours. So I decided to inform Marius about this, and the response I got was rude and it shows that he undermines people a lot. He said *****gwa can't help me and that its only the national manager that can help me. And that by tomorrow I must pay the full amount. So what is he implying when he says *****gwa can't help? I've been sending emails and calling all this time, and this is what I get from this Marius guy that's after getting commission???? Can I get a call back urgently before 10am, or at 2pm cause I'm currently on training. And permanently employed. And just like every company one gets placed on probation for 3 months.
