Unprofessional as always MFC

Spoke to Faith from MFC regarding my account request. She REFUSED to EMAIL me the requirements of what's needed. Very rude and unprofessional. This is the second time I've been told that you're agents can't send email. What kind of a business are you running that doesn't allow your employees to send emails to their clients.
