unprofessional and unfair listing. no communication and liers

Unprofessionl, i changed bank and set up debit order on my new bank only to find out it didnt go off, i got call from them enquiring about the payment and when i told them its fine i will increase the monthly installment to cover 3 months arreas, they said they cant help me ,my account is with sylvia. its been 6 months i still can get hold of sylvia. i took an initiative to pay them directy with a 50% increased installment only to find out they wrote off my account in listed it on credit bureaus without informing me. i disputed this but they **** to credit bereaus and said they informed me. i cant get hold of them the dont respond to my emails. acc number *** cell ***. remove that negative information u **** about. why didnt u take the car if that is true. i even spoke to lauren from democollections who said my account is with mfc on 17 march.
