Unprofessional and unacceptable

I have not received such unprofessional service from a bank as I did yesterday from Nditsheni Ligege. He was supposed to assist me with my finance application for solar. He was very quick to dismiss me and not willing to assist. He also indicated very explicitly that Nedbank does not negotiate interest rates with their clients. He said he will not "beat around the bush" as there is no negotiation.

I find it funny to think that it is us putting our money in the bank and thanks to us customers that they are making money. But they have rude, unprofessional and dismissive staff that can not even use proper grammar to write an email.

Very disappointing and at least I know you do not value your clients at all.

I will add to say I have received excellent service from Patricia and other staff at Hohm energies.
